has recently been fully renovated and tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard retaining many of the original Victorian features.
Bythesea is situated within a prime, central location 100 yards from the beach, children’s outdoor and indoor play areas and a five minute walk from excellent
restaurants, bars and shops.
On arrival you will receive a friendly welcome from the proprietors. We will endeavour to provide you with a wealth of information on local Ayr tourist
attractions, shopping and restaurant guides.
All our rooms are equipped with hospitality trays, colour TV’s / freeview channels, irons, ironing boards and hairdryers.
If you are on
business in Ayr or would just like to surf the internet you can also make use of our broadband service for your laptop computer in your room.

In the morning, you can visit
our sunny breakfast room, or dine in the patio area.
You can choose from our extensive
breakfast menu and enjoy a fresh cooked-to-order delicious breakfast dish whilst reading the morning newspapers.
Before going out to dinner
in Ayr, you have the choice to order breakfast for the morning– or a late check-out time. On your way out of the guest house, you may choose to stop in the
lounge area, and chill whilst enjoying our fantastic artwork provided by renowned and award winning artist Anne Patterson.
